Low power on 80 and won’t tune on 40 meters. All the other bands are fine. Even to the point that it shows well over 110 watts.
So what is the procedure to send a radio in to be repaired from Canada? Shipping down to Texas?

I did a reset. Didn’t help. Power supply is Astron 35m .15 volts and full amps. Checked and cleaned power cables/connectors. I just wanted checked out anyways. Spend most of the time outside this time of year so it would be a good time to be without the radio.

You need 13.8v  or better on transmit for full power
How did you do the reset? to factory rest?
Try the same test before importing any profiles, so start from factory settings to make sure nothing is wrong with a profile.

Are you getting these readings on a dummy load? I imagine you are.
Anyways after you contact Flex and they get back to you they will advise you what to do.

Got it to tune now. Did a reset again. But still only about 71 watts on 80 meters. I think I will just leave it for now.

It sounds like something is persisting in a profile. Did you try things before importing any profiles right after the reset? Just make sure under the TX tab in radio setup that your set to 100w when you go to 80m

Don,  If you are having issues with your radio hardware, it is always best to open a HelpDesk support ticket so we can triage the problem and provide the best options to resolve it.
