The NR function seems a little different in V1.2.1 but does not seem to do much (at least on CW).   Were there any changes in the NR function in V1.2.1 or is that still something for another day?

For reference, here is a snapshot of the last posting on NR I could find.

We have plans to look into improvements for ANF and NR in a future version of SmartSDR.

I am prospect for the 6500 but hesitating as I live in a metro area and these features are claimed to be very lmited.  The NR and NB are very important features for me on any rig to combat the local area noise.  I will be monitoring this closely.

Hi Mike,  I have seen enough of these comments to make me think that when the NB and NR functions are overall perceived to be really effective (as Im sure they will be as they are further tweaked for performance) that radio sales will take a considerable and immediate jump!  Don't give up....  things are improving.

regards.
