I cannot seem to hear KH1 on 14090. I can see print from them 700 to 900 Hz below (14089.1). I've run calibrate. I'm not really sure what is wrong or if this is normal.

If their signal is sufficiently below the noise floor you may not see the trace.  But your radio is receiving it, so try and make the QSO.  I regularly make 6m QSOs where I see nothing in the waterfall depending on the zoom level.  BTW, the 6300 does not have the zoom in levels as the 6700 does so the waterfall does not have the ability to "see" as deep into the noise floor.

I should clarify. When I said I couldn't hear them I meant I could not see print of the DX station when tuned to 14090. I was able to see the print of the DX  if the VFO freq. was 14089.1. I'm not sure why I am 900 Hz off. I have run the calibrate procedure in the 6600

Check your RX bandwidth. Set the radio to DIGI-U and then select rx bandwidth of 3000. For DXPedition mode WSJT-X will only decode below 1000 Hz.

Default RX BW for DIGI-U is too narrow to hear the lower frequencies (KH1/KH7Z is transmitting somewhere between 300 - 600 Hz).

I worked them the other night transmitting at 1100 Hz.

Also make sure you go to settings/advanced in WSJT-X and check Hound. Make sure you are using version 1.9.1
