Solution for when JTAlert was identified as a virus and quarantined by Windows Defender

Neal Campbell asked me to post my experience with Windows Defender identifying JTAlertX as a virus and quarantining it.
My solution was rather simple.  Fortunately, I use Acronis as a back-up program. (I'm sure similar programs will give the same result.)  I restored my computer to a time point prior to Windows Defender's actions and then white-listed the entire JTAlert file.  So far, I haven't had any further problems.
As to why Windows Defender thought JTAlertX was a Trojan, I haven't a clue.  The MicroSoft tech who originally tried to help me couldn't figure that out either.  System Restore didn't work because some of the files were corrupted in the quarantine process. My experience reinforced my belief that everyone should have a GOOD back-up program.73Andy, k2oo
