SO2R Help keying 2 linears

When slice A has transmit focus I would like to close TX1 relay only and when slice B has focus close TX 2  only in order to key 2 separate linear amps.
How do I set this up? I have tried enabling TX1 and TX2 in the radio setup menu and then saving to global and TX profiles with no luck. Setup: Flex 6700 SSDR 1.10.15  N1MM

this is not a global profile issue this is a tx profile issue.  first setup slice one.  set your drive power, and your tx relay desired, and any other tx related settings. then save that TX profile with its own name, say slice1tx.  then go to slice 2, do the same, set up drive, desited relay, say tx2 and save that profile as slice2tx.  then slice 1 should use TX profile 1 and slice 2 should use TX profile 2.  this works, I have used it in many contests.  give it a shot.
