SmartSDR for Windows upgrade

I have been unsuccessful in upgrading from SmartSDR v.12.17 to SmartSDR v0.13.10. Following your specific upgrade instructions the upgrade hangs up. I have disabled my Firewall and the same problem occurs. The upgrade status bar indicates the software was installed. However, the process never completes. I continuously receive the UPDATE Bar and the install hangs. The FLEX recycles OFF/ON during the install process. I have downloaded the new Upgrade software several times to validate the downloaded version as complete. Any IDEAS.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
