SmartSDR V3 Breaks TX Inhibit API?

SmartSDR V3.0.19 seems to have broke or modified the TX Inhibit function. Having a Steppir antenna, I have a utility application that monitors the Steppir controller for movement, and sends the API for "TX Inhibit Enable" when it is about to adjust tape lengths (frequency/band change), then send the API for "TX Inhibit Disable" when it is complete. Has worked well from PowerSDR 1.8 through SmartSDR 2.4.9.  However, with V3.0.19 it performs the inhibit (tx lockout), but the re-enable API is not functioning.

I found that the TX Inhibit function has been moved to the band-by-band config page and is now band-by-band instead of global. Anybody know the updated API's or ?? so I can use V3?  As it stands, I've had to revert back to 2.4.9.
