SmartSDR (v1.8.4) Download Fails

I was getting a DAX driver error message and when I researched it (here in the User Forum) what I found seemed to indicate that I should remove the SmartSDR installation (v 1.8.4) and then reinstall it.

I somehow managed to delete my copy of the SmartSDR Installer when I removed the installation of SmartSDR (1.8.4).

(current problem)
Now I have tried five times-in-a-row to download the SmartSDR Installer software (v 1.8.4) and the download process just 'stops' after getting about a third of the software.

Am I doing something wrong or is the server having problems ?

    (UPDATE)

I found a copy of the SmartSDR (v1.8.4) Installer 'elsewhere' on my PC's drive.

    (UPDATE - 13 Aug 2016 - Saturday afternoon)

Reloading SmartSDR (v1.8.4) (which now incorporates both the DAX and CAT software) fixed the problem I was having (was getting a DAX driver error message) and things are working again.

I am presently working to understand William Hemmingsen's fascinating software which allows the Behringer CMD Micro controller (presently about $60 on Amazon.com) to give commands to the FLEX-6x00 radios (the Behringer controller works in conjunction with SmartSDR software running on the PC).
