SmartSDR - Speaker level control clickable area is too small.

SmartSDR Speaker level control clickable area is too small. Only the top half of the slider is clickable and selectable. The lower half of the level control area selects the balance control below.
This make it more difficult to correctly control the level and inadvertently adjusts the speaker balance in error. This problem has existed for many releases and still is a problem in 2.6.0.
It is my belief that the definition of the Balance control is too larger and infringes on the definition of the Level control above.
Here the cursor is pointing to the level control but the box [50] shows it is incorrectly selecting the balance control.
Here the cursor is pointing to the level control and the box [71] shows it is correctly selecting the level control.

Put your mouse on the slider bar and change the volume with your mouse scroll wheel1

AI6RE is absolutely correct about this issue. It IS a problem. It is easily verifiable. It's been driving me nuts for many months as I accidently change the balance instead of the volume often. It is HIGHLY annoying and sloppy interface programming. It's an easy bug to reproduce and correct. The user interface is your first impression of an application. It should be flawless. Especially when it's on one of the most often used controls!

What I do is program my Flex control wheel to operate some things that are always needed. No aiming or fumbeling with the mouse.0

But you must be on the top half of the slider ber for it to work with the scroll wheel.0
