SmartSDR+not+connecting

The RFMD ARC JUST unboxed our new 6700 today.  Followed the QSG, upgraded to the latest SSDR(v1.6.21) 6700 firmware was good to go.  SSDR 'sees' the 6700 as it displays the Model type correctly, and shows a 192.168.2.X IP address.  The SSDR computer and 6700 are connected to the same Ethernet hub.  The 6700 HW Version is: v1.6.21.77.

Alas, when we 'click' on the green 'Connect', SSDR just freezes.  Did we miss something?

Thanks,
Duane

You are probably being bitten by the IP firewall in Windows and/or in your AntiVirus software,

    Step 1: Turn BOTH OFF

If you can then connect, you will need to find the appropriate steps to allows SmartSDR, SmartCAT and SmartDAX to be allowed network access.

Apparently you need to reboot the radio after upgrading SSDR.  All is well now.

    Thanks
