This was originally posted to a thread Tim had marked Solved, as I disputed it having been solved. so as to avoid confusion...

It happened again.
The only apps running were DAX and SSDR.
There was no other network traffic.
I was on 6 mtrs. I was looking at how the offset stuff worked.
I switched to 10m, the pan displayed but there were no pan data  or tiles being display for EASILY 20 secs.
The the pan and waterfall displayed properly.
Prior to and subsequent to that freeze everything ran normally.
cat-6 end to end.

Tim, there is an issue here.

As I have stated previously, we feel this issue is isolated to your particular environment and is not systematic of a problem with SmartSDR,  And until you can provide a reproducible set of steps that allows us to replicate the issue in house, which will allow us to find root cause, there is nothing actionable for us to do.  Sorry, but you should understand this since you have software development experience - it is next to impossible to fix a defect that you can't reproduce.

That does not mean you stop looking. But, it seems clear you have, on this as well as other issues that have gone unaddressed. Excellent data point Tim, thanks for clarifying your position on issues I report.

And so I am crystal clear, I am not implying that your issue is not "real". I am sure it is.  But until we have some solid data to work with, our time and resources are better spent elsewhere fixing issues where we do know root cause.

And if I change the disposition of a problem post as "not a problem", it only means that the behavior reported is not classified as an actual problem with a FlexRadio product that requires any further action on our part.  Obviously if circumstances change and information is provided such that we can find root cause and it is an issue within our control to resolve we'll seriously consider addressing it.  As a result of that, the original post disposition will be changed to a different classification of either in progress, solved or acknowledged.

I am also having similar freezing issues with 1.4.16. I have opened a ticket. In my case it is repeatable but not repairable without a factory reset (Power + OK). I hope to operate via WAN so I hope this can be resolved (I cannot reset remotely).
