I am unable to purchase this from the app!

I go to Tools > FlexRadio Access > Buy and I get a box saying:

"Buy
De.roskosch.RadioApp.FlexRadio is not a valid product identifier"

This is in the UK app store!  I am getting the same on my iPad Pro and iPhone 6S+.  iOS 9.3.4

Advice please!

We have enabled the app for sale on the App Store, but we don't have control over when Apple will make it available.  Please check back periodically as we are working to get it available world-wide.

OK Tim.

Just to clarify, the app is in the store and I am able to download and install it.  I am able to run it in demo mode it is only when I try to buy it that I have the issue!

I will be checking on a VERY regular basis.  I hadn't realised that this release was US only - I guess with the developer being in Germany, I assumed a pan-European release!  I need to learn patience! ;-(

The release is world-wide.  It just hasn't shown up in the App Stores yet.

It looks like my last post clashed with Tim's.  I searched on SmartSDR but when I search now, I do not find it.  Here is the problem I get trying to buy the app:

We are fully aware of the issues and are actively working to resolve them as quickly as possible.  The errors are different depending on if you had the alpha precursor app installed or not.

It will take some time for the app to propagate to the other App Stores.  We do Germany first for obvious reasons (Marcus lives there).

I have now been able to purchase all three modules.  GBP39.99 for the main one and GBP3.99 for the others.

I forced my Maestro to disconnect and I am now happily (VERY happily) watching Slice A on my phone!

What a NEAT application!

Many thanks to Marcus and the others involved in creating this!  One further question, do I have to buy this PER DEVICE or is one iOS license enough?

RTTY mode is supported just like on SmartSDR for Windows; the digital mode app has to be run on a PC that has DAX and CAT installed.

I'm at work right now so I can't play but does that app have a demo mode so you can see it work before you purchase?

I purchased the app, but get an error that says that I have purchase(in other words I don't own it).  I go to purchase again, and the app store tells me that I already own it.  Any suggestions?

I loaded the App and everything is working on my LAN. Very nice reproduction of the Windows smartSDR app. I like it!

Now my priority is to get it on the WAN. I went to Marcus's site looking for step-by-step instructions for remoting and did not find anything except it will require a VPN on both sides of the interface. Can someone point to where I might find this?

Thanks,

Jim
