SmartSDR 1.4 CTCSS not persistent

I just found a small problem: If I set up a NFM repeater frequency on
10m, say 29.570MHz, everything is remembered if I create a profile
and a memory, except CTCSS settings. They are not shown in
the CTCSS window, although the CTCSS settings are shown in
memory channels as CTCSS_TX.

Can you provide some screen shots of this behavior?

Hi Tim, version 1.4. works well with all my digital programs.
CTCSS behavior is as described above, here are my screenshots:

    1. Before loading a profile or memory
    image
    67Hz CTCSS is loaded.
This setup is saved both in a profile and a memory.

    2. Memory for this channel:
    image
CTCSS_TX is saved here and ticked.

    3. After loading from the profile or the memory
    image
    CTCSS window is empty.
I'm not sure, if CTCSS is transmitted anyway or if you must
always put it in the window by hand.
Will try tomorrow (I'm sitting at the setup since
    0900 UTC... and now it's 0010 UTC)

No big problem, that. As I said, version 1.4 seems to be ok in
all other aspects, runs stable here and I tried remoting with
my toughbook! It works! Audio is great! Will need a faster WLAN,
    though...

Can you do a test to determine if the tone is actually being transmitted or is it just that the slice is not being updated to show the CTCSS tone?  I am thinking it is the later.

Sorry Tim, can't get the repeater now. Will try tomorrow with my
IC-756Pro as a monitoring TRX. Maybe you or someone else on
the forum could run a test with a repeater?

Tomorrow is OK.  I do not have a local 10m or 6m repeater to test on.

Tim, I tried T-SQL with my IC-756PRO and found, that CTCSS
gets transmitted, although it's window doesn't get populated.
Only a small bug, then. Found it with a microscope ;-)

Found another - small - problem: DAX fortget's it's IQ settings.
I Want it to stay on 96k for CW Skimmer, but it reverts to
48k ever so often. This seems to be related to profile
    change. I set 96k, change profile - 48k again.

I rebooted just now. Nothing changed. But I found
that changing my profile would cause DX to change it's
settings back to 48k, although it isn't possible to save
DAX settings in a profile (That would be a good idea, though...)
I think that a profile change or even a band change causes
DAX settings to change, because the DAX channels are saved
    in a profile.

73 and a big thumbs up to all at FRS,

That is what I suspected.  THANK YOU very much for testing this.  I have written this up in the bug tracker.
