SmartLink Server Problem or ?

Just had a friend try to log in to my radio remotely and he could not. He sees it and if in use he can disconnect it but can not get it. So I tried it through hot spot on cell phone and I could not get in. I then went to my desktop machine and ran the smartlink test and it failed. Its always shown green in the past. Looked at UPnP setting in the router and the smartlink port forwards are there and look ok. Rebooted radio and modem/router and still no luck. Can anyone shed any light on what might be wrong?

Problem fixed. Deleted UPnP port forwards and put in manual port forward and now it works.....don't know why but it does.

Once in a while my radio this and I ave to log the radio out of the smart link server and log it back in and all works right after that if nit then I log the clients out and back in.

Not shure why but it does
