SmartLink problem using IPad and IPhone

Need help setting up SmartLink for use with IPhone and IPad
I have SmartLink set up on Windows PC running SmartSDR and it passed the connection to server test Ok
But trying to connect from IPhone or IPad I just get error , never had it working yet, just
got a 6600 .

The first thing I would suggest is to read through Ch 7 in the SmartSDR Software User Guide as this may cover some of the setup questions (it sounds like you are already most of the way there with this part).

The second thing I would suggest would be to make sure that you are using a separate network to test the connection.  This means turning WiFi off on your phone to test it from home.  This is necessary because of the way that SmartLink handles the connection.  If you are on your home network, you don't need to go through SmartLink as you can just make a local connection.

Ray let me give you a link to the user guide for the apple app. IMHO help for this app is hard to find I hope this helps you
