SMART CAT 1.5 Will Not connect to Flex 6300 Port error every time.

It appears that on my Main Ham Computer Which is Windows 10 also had Win 7 with same problem so I upgrading hoping to fix this. Its a Intel i3-2100 with 3.1Ghz with 8 GB Ram 64 bit continues to get the following message:

Anyone have any clues or had this problem. I don't even want to admit how many hours I have into this. I have all my ham programs and other interfaces working perfect on this computer which took me forever to get all the drivers to work and don't want to start over reformatting the drive.
Contact me please direct on

Thank you

You have a program running on your PC that is using TCP port 3002 which is causing CAT to crash when it tries to open it.  You can run the command "netstat -boa" that will identify the offending program.  Be forewarned, that when I looked for programs that use 3002/tcp it indicated that several Trojans have been known to use that particular port.
