Seeing noise, but it went away after toggling NR.

I loaded SmartSDR when I got home from work today, and immediately loaded WSJT-X (40 meters, on its own panadapter/slice receiver).  There was quite a bit of noise/cruft showing up on the wsjt waterfall display, and i was like "uhh, thats new".  Seeing that much noise on the 6700 seemed so abnormal that I thought something must be wrong.  I clicked on the NR button, and poof, the cruft was completely gone.  I thought Wow, the NR works great!  But then I turned it off, and the noise stayed gone.  It never came back, and it hasn't returned at all, all night.

Not sure what other info I can provide but figured I'd mention it in case it was a bug or something.  Is there a bug-report site that I can go to report other bugs?  I'm sort of a programmer/IT guy so I seem to easily find bugs in software and I'm happy to report them. :-)  I've got a few more.

Thanks!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
