sdr monitor vs DDUtil

I just installed the little sdr monitor utility and I noticed a discrepancy between the voltage it shows and that shown by DDUtil . SDRMonitor shows 13.89 while DDUtil shows 14.2.
My question is which is the more accurate?
I like the tiny footprint of sdr monitor but accuracy is important.
Thanks

Which brings up the question -- How accurate is the voltmeter used to compare the two readings?

Thanks

There are two voltage tap points on the 13.8 VDC rail.  It could be one is reading the tap before the fuse (14.2) and the other is reading it after (13.8).

Yes, I think for instance, the Flex meter can read from both taps, and they do read different.
