You can't run setup or PowerSDR if it does not recognize ant radio hardware connected to the PC.  When that happens all you can operate is PowerSDR in demo (without a radio) mode.

I know that, how do I get it out of Demo mode? The screen says to go to the Setup screen and select the radio, I still don't know where that is.

You have to solve your issue of the radio not communicating properly with the PC

Have you ever had it working on this PC? Can you find the radio in device manager? The software does not know about any hardware, so it does not have a setup form available. That is what Tim has been trying to tell you.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
