Running CW Skimmer, RBN Aggregator and working cw - abnormally high db reports

I'm running smartsdr v1.9.13, cw skimmer 1.91, rbn aggregator 4.3.
Lets just run one cw skimmer, and it will be on the band I'm working;
If I 'm just listening around skimmer is reporting to the rbn what seems like normal levels; I see a new mexico station at 9db at 1928, and after I make a call of another station I see that NM station spotted at 88db.. Frequently I'm seeing stations spotted at 150+ db... So I'm assuming either I'm doing something wrong, or one shouldnt be reporting to rbn unless one is in listen only mode??
I've attached a picture from the other day when I was changing bands and making qsos. You can see some very large db values..

    Hi Jim,
    I wonder if it's a "receiver recovery" artifact.

    Have you tried simulating some QSOs at lower power (e.g. 5 watts) to see it the reported numbers are also lower?

    How do you have the "show TX in waterfall" option set?

    Hi Jim,
      As long as you are RXing the levels will remain calibrated in CW Skimmer.  As soon as you TX it will take Skimmer a bit to re-calibrate and for a few minutes or so you will see highly inflated SN ratios reported by Skimmer and the Aggregator program. This is "normal" in the configuration you are using.  I get exactly the same responses here after I have transmitted on the Band I am Skimming.
    I am not sure what the "fix" is but i have tried every setting known to man so far without success.

    Regards

    Al - I had show tx in waterfall enabled; no change in disabling.
    Larry - Tks for confirming what I'm seeing. I've gotten a few comments about the high SN ratios; At least I know I'm not alone :)
    tks
