rf power decreasing as frequency increases on JT9

Any explanation why my RF output power decreases to zero as my frequency increases on JT9?  I have upgraded every piece of software and this problem still exists.  I have this problem on the bands that I have checked the transmission on.
With my 6700 set at 30 watt my output is as follows:
2500hz = 26 watts
2600hz = 25 watts
2700hz = 25 watts
2800hz = 21 watts
2900hz = 6 watts
3000hz = 2 watts

Above 3000hz is not readable with my equipment or shows zero.  DAX still shows output.  The RF meter on the radio shows the decrease as well as the output meter on my tuner and amplifier (the amp is in standby).
I am using WSJT-X and everything was working fine until a few days ago when this started. This time last week all was working correctly.  I have rebooted and upgraded and read posts and I am at a loss now.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Is it possible that your transmit bandwidth is not opened up far enough? I run mine at 5 kc for jt modes.
