Return policy

As listed on their website under terms and conditions:

Returns by Some items may be conditionally returned for full credit only within 30 days from shipment if they are returned in new condition with all cables, software, documentation and in the original packing materials along with a copy of the sales receipt. The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges for returned items.  Contact FlexRadio Systems before returning any item to receive an RMA number that authorizes the return. Shipping charges are not refundable.  Some items may incur a 15% restocking fee upon return.  Any unauthorized tampering with the radio will void any expressed or implied warranties. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. The option for returning a product for full refund within the first thirty days from purchase is valid only once per customer regardless of product.

FlexRadio has apparently sales strategy as the Swedish alcohol distribution! Sells only in the state approved shops!

FlexRadio has a world-wide network of authorized distributors for your purchasing convenience and service needs.

Due to difficulties related to regulatory compliance in the EU, FlexRadio chooses to sell our products only through authorized distributors to our customers in the EU and selected

non-EU countries with the only exception being Germany. All international distributors are able to sell our products to any customer regardless of the destination country.

Service on today's advanced electronics devices means that it is the whole circuit board that is being replaced. The cards consists in most cases of large integrated circuits that are impossible to repair.
