Repeating spikes on 40m only at night.

At night I get these spike signals running across the 40m band. I feel like I should know what's causing it, but, I just don't know. Any advice?  I'm assuming it's something in my house that only runs at night but, I don't' know what it could be. Almost everything in the house is shut off except my room at night.

It looks like a switching power supply to me. Perhaps something that only gets turned on at night?

My wife’s laptop power supply does this, but only when she is running the computer on the ps.

Many switching supply options, especially landscape or in-home LED lighting and their ps.

I have numerous LED lights throughout the house. I can change the ones that are on at night when I'm on the radio and see if it helps.  Thanks!

Try switching off the WNB.  If set too high it sometimes produces similar issues.

hmmm, never heard of that.  I'll try it.  I do have several LED lights that can be changed back to incandescent for as long as we can still get them. lol  But, I'll certainly try your idea.  Thanks.

I have found that my neighbors solar system causes that on mine. They had a company working on it a few weeks ago. When they shut it down for maintenance the spikes immediately went away. You may look at that possibility.

Seems unlikely that a solar system would be causing his problem at night.
