Remote connect problem with AG

I recently tried to connect remotely to my 6600 (V2.4.9). I have been able to do this in the past but I added an 2 X 8 AG to the station since the last time and I cannot control the switch. Everything works fine when not remote.

I have forwarded the port on the home router. When I try to connect the AG using my home IP address I get this:

If I request device information I get this:

I assume this means that I can see the AG from the remote location.

I have put the radio's serial numbers in configuration form and set them to Active. When I bring up the "Configuration" form at home I see my radio listed on the right side but nothing shows up on the right when remote.

Can anyone tell me what I am missing that I need to get this working?

Thanks,

The IP address has to be a WAN (Public) address. Sometimes the public address will work for your LAN address and WAN but this depends on your router setup.

HI Mark,
You are correct..  you are connected to the switch when you get the top screen.  However, it appears you are either not connected to the radio or you have not set up the antenna assignments in the AG app.
Also , once you define your radio to the AG for SIDE A and B you will not need to choose it again and it will not show on the right side of the "Configuration" page. the left side of the page should show your radios serial number correctly for ANT1 and ANT 2 assignments though.

Here some more information.

I am not a WAN/LAN expert and I'm guessing that's my problem.
Using the AG app, I connect to my home's IP address. The form looks like this:

I have forwarded port 9007 to local IP  192.168.1.142.

The Configuration form looks like this:

I typed in the serial numbers. Nothing ever shows on the right side. At home my radio info appears on the right.

The other configuration form looks like this:

I believe that this looks the same as when I look at it from home.

Does any of this help?

Mark

Call me @ 207-862-3388 and I will be glad to help you out.   It appears to be all in the IP addressing.

The IP address in your above AG screen picture (partially blacked out) should be the WAN IP of the Router your AG is connected to.
Hope that is a little clearer.
