Remote Audio Monitoring in v3 updated feature

I also have the same issue with both my 6400m and 6600M. According to Flex the issue was supposed to be resolved with the last V 3 update. It didn’t fix the issue for me. Let me know if you guys figure it out or hear any need on the issue. Thanks. Jeff/KI0KB

Jeff, I was hoping someone else was having the same issue.  Will see what other responses we get. I am sure someone from Flex will chime in . I love this radio and it has become a learning tool for me as I am a relatively new ham.

Congrats on your new call. I initially put in a work ticket for the issue and Flex got back to me and while on the phone with them they set up a similar operating remote situation and documented the problem. It was reportedly to be fixed in the last V 3 update but it didn’t work for me. I had a lot going on at the time and never informed them that I still had the same issue. I hadn’t seen anyone out there complaining of the same issue so I’ve always wondered if I and my QSO partner were doing something wrong although there’s not much to it. Anyway I’ll be tracking this in case something shows up. If not I should probably contact Flex again. Maybe there’s someone out there that doesn’t have this issue that could chime in. Great radio otherwise.
