Remote 6300, audio drop out at beginning of transmission.

Hi,

I'm using a Flex 6300 remotely with my PC and all appears to be working fine apart from getting reports that at the beginning of my transmission the audio is dropping out.  After the initial drop out and as the transmission continues all is fine.

The radio is connected directly to the remote LAN, network performance is "excellent" with no dropped packets.

I'm using a USB microphone with Windows 10.

Any pointers would be gratefully received.

Thanks

Glenn

Are you using a VPN or the smart connect in v2.x for the remote access?

I’m using Smart connect. The radio is connected to the LAN at the remote site.
I’ve tested with my Maestro via a CAT5 Ethernet connection and via my laptop with a wireless connection and both demonstrate the same issue.
I’ve read posts and reduced the screen refresh rates, run both normal and reduced bandwidth and ensured my computer CPU performance is running around 50% but still the same problem
Thanks
