    John,

You don't give us much information to work with.

    For the mic:
Make sure it is plugged into the mic jack on the back of the rig.
In SSDR open transmit properties and ensure that BIAS is turned on. You can also turn on +20 dBM boost if needed. Adjust the microphone slider about 1/2 scale.

For the CW power. What is the power output into a dummy load? Is you're power supply providing 13.8 VDC on KEY DOWN? Is the power slider all the way to the right?

Provide more info and we can help. Otherwise go to the Flex Radio website and open a Help Desk Ticket.

    Hi Mack

Microphone is plugged in and bias on. RF power was measured into dummy load. Power supply is Astron 55 amp no voltage drop.

John if you are not familiar with the Flex 6000 series radios, follow Mack's instruction and of course look at the 6400M manual.  With better detail information on your problems, someone can help you.
You can also go to the Flex website and open a Help ticket and someone will get in touch with you.
