receive 6m and xvtr at same time

Tried to listen to 6m and xvtr on different slices on 6500 during contest. When selecting antenna it is either  xvtr or ant A  or B . Any ideas

If your connected to the XVTR then you must select XVTR and assuming you have setup the transverter in the Radio Setup - XVTR tab. The 6500 has one SCU (Spectral Capture Unit). To do what you want you will need to upgrade to either the 6700 or order 6600 when it becomes available as they both have two SCUs.

To put it another way....As far as receiving is concerned, XVTR is the same as another antenna. With only 1 SCU, you can only listen to 1 receive input source at a time - ANT1, ANT2, RXA, XVTR, etc...

I am looking forward to the 6600, which will have 2 SCU's....
