This is Nanuk's 945 Case - the form insert is for a drone - with a slight modification I fit the Maestro with the legs attached, a Radio Sport Headset - 2 batteries - my laptop and various cables - will hopefully remote for FD and our club has monthly outings at a local park!!! 73 Jim

Nice case and setup. You should use the drone to raise a vertical...  :-)

I'm planning to take the 6500 with Maestro out for a brief (20amp-hours worth) of Field Day'ing. I assume that would be a "B" station (antenna and Xmtr in portable/field + Bat) whereas if one used Maestro remoted back to "base" that would be a "D" station, correct?

    Regards,
    Tim

Tim - yes I expected to be a D1 station - unfortunately I could not connect the Maestro through my Asus Router setup as a VPN Server - tried for about 4 hours with a Plan A, B, and C - I also have an Antenna Genius and that did not play well either with my laptop!! I think that updated software for a VPN integrated into the Maestro should help the process.
