Another thing to try is have them both plugged into a separate Ethernet Switch, then the Switch to the Router.
There is something wrong on your network and SSDR is using SmartLink and not the local connection like it should.
As others have said, I would log out of SmartLink first and then let's see what happens.
How are the actual radio and computer connected to your network? Wifi, Cable? If cabled what are the LAN cables plugged into?
He is using an ASUS-RTAC66UB1 router to control his local area network. The DHCP is set to assign addresses from only 192.168.0.100 to 192.168.0.200 along with the correct subnet of 255.255.255.0 The router IP is 192.168.0.1 and all subnets are set to 255.255.255.0.
His PC has been put on a static address of 192.168.0.240. The Flex is set static to 192.168.0.250.
All the requires ports are forwarded to the PC including those for the Flex and also EchoLink. Doing a scan of the network shows all device on the proper addresses. All computers and wireless devices function correctly thru the router.
Important: The PC will not connect or even see the Flex while trying both a new Cat6 cable or a Cat6 crossover cable connected directly between the two devices.
WIFI is turned of on the computers.
