PTT does not key my PW1 amplifier

This is a new 6300 which is up and running with DDutil 3 and DAX to control the PW1 frequency and connect to PC software. But, it does not key over the PTT cable and TX 1. I checked the voltage on the PTT line and it reads about  3.5V DC constant, even as I push the MOX button on SmartSDR. I can key PTT on the PW1 by grounding the cable. I tried all of the recommended software settings in these posts. Is it a hardware issue or other? Thanks. 73, Bruce K6ZB

    You need to enable the PTT Line in the startup screen

    AND you need to have DDUTIL set to OPERATE which activates that line

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
