I recently reinstalled Windows 10 and I’m busy reinstalling and reconfiguring everything from scratch.  Flex 6500 with the latest versions of all software.  SSDR, WSJT-X (1.9.0 rc3), JTAlert, Log4OM all behave together perfectly.  However I am having problems having Log4OM connecting to PstRotator and wondered if someone could point me in the right direction?

PstRotator works well in the stand alone mode (clicking on the compass rose or a DXCC location) but isn’t communicating with Log4OM.  I should be able to double click on a callsign in WSJT and the rotator should respond.  Similarly a callsign entered into Log4OM should affect a change.  It doesn’t.  I’m really out of my depth here but I know it can work and used to do so in the previous installation.

Check your Log4OM Communicator and make sure the TCP connection  under Service Status is green. Also make sure under settings/outbound/pstrotator that the port number is 8081 and the tick box is checked to enable it.
