It's available by emailing Flexradio and asking for whatever version your after.

    The latest is Version 2.7.2.

I have to say, I'm really confused that I haven't seen any examples of anyone posting the source with their own customization and bugfixes and enhancements, like on github, etc. Since it is GPL'd, that would seem appropriate to do and consistent with the license.

Anyone know why that has not happened?

The group that is using it with the Anan has made many changes to PSDR.

Bill, I assume you mean http://anan-100d.wikidot.com/100d-psdr?
That links to http://openhpsdr.org/download.php but it seems like their modifications to PowerSDR are not intended to still work on the FLEX1500, nor have they kept up with the PowerSDR 2.x changes that came out after they forked from a much much earlier version.  It is a little hard to tell though?

    Thanks.

That software is based on PSDR , but does not support earlier Flex products like the 1500 etc. The fork was to support open source hardware. Apache, (Anan) has been supplying the main developers of some of those versions (HPSDR) with hardware so the developers will support the Anan radios. And some of the features in the offical versions of PSDR are not open source. And the other software developers cannot include it in their various versons.
