Problem saving display settings help?

I have noticed that when SmartSDR closes, apparently the display settings for Black is not saved. I notice that when I start SmartSDR the next time, the display settings always revert to 33 for Black, which is too saturated. I then have to manually change it to around 18 for it be useful. Does anyone know if there is a way to either change the default for Black or to save the current setting?
Tnx de Arnie W8DU
p.s. I am using v1.7 and with a F6.5k

As previously reported, this is a defect that will be addressed in the next release of SmartSDR for Windows.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
