Problem changing notification address

I am trying to change my notification email address. It tells me that someone already has my address. My guess is that I must have 2 accounts. How can I identify them and merge them so my newer account gets the notifications.

FlexRadio does not have the ability to manage user accounts within the Community.  That belongs to GetSatisfaction.  I recommend you open a support ticket with them and inquire to see if an account merge is possible.https://getsatisfaction.com/corp/help-center/submit-ticket/
