Pro Audio headset cable for Flex modular

I work in the broadcast world and want to use one of my 4 pin dynamic or electret headsets (single ear) with my Flex 3000. So I am in need of an adapter cable that is 4 pin male broken out to the modular connector for the MIC and the TRS 3.5 for the ears. Probably go with a Dynamic mic for now. Suggestions and advice appreciated.

I think you may need to make your own. Very easy to obtain modular plugs and cable to make a fly lead to pickuo your headset plugs.. Get the pin out of flex manual to control tx and use phone jack for ear.rx. Hand switch or foot switch for tx trigger.... Vox - not sure if it will work!
