Praise for the new Support Community Tool

Thanks to everyone at FlexRaido for putting up this outstanding Support Community tool. It will take me a while to learn all its nuances, but its clear that its the ideal approach -- just like the 6000 series itself. I'm looking forward to learning a great deal in the coming weeks and months both from the Flex team and the community as a whole. [For some reason when I sent the foregoing kudos the system answered back "Someone might have already asked your question..." followed with some possibles. Since I made the entry under "Give praise" this system response doesn't fit.]

Its just staggering how much info is in here already and shows why poor Tim, Greg and the others have been so busy.

The platform works really well, congratulations on a great serice!

I just joined today. I can't seem to find a way to get out of my Dashboard & Account screen and back into the topics-main page. There doesn't seem to be a link out of the dashboard??
