I had recently issues connecting with Smartlink over 4G networks here in Germany. Tim from Flexradio had promptly stepped in and helped and problem was solved in a matter of days.
Thank you Tim!

It seems that once Tim gets ahold of a problem like this it doesn't stay a problem for long. Thanks for the follow up and I'm glad all is well.

Same here.  Tim has helped me out a number of times, sometimes within minutes after I submitted or updated a ticket, even on weekends!
