PowerSDR 2.80 and 2.72 Won't Run - Firmware Update Required

I replaced my computer which was running Windows 7 with a new computer running Windows 10. I installed PowerSDR 2.80 along with the new firewire driver. Device manager shows the TI firewire  card and driver to be working.

When I try to start PowerSDR 2.80 or 2.72, I get a message that says that I need to update the firmware. I accept the firmware update message  the software says that PowerSDR must shutdown and be restarted. When it restarts, I get the same message about the firmware being out of date.

I installed PowerSDR 1.18.6 and after opening and closing it several times it started working. By using the Flex radio utility, I was able to send a firmware update to the radio. The radio beeped twice and the relays clicked so I think the update took. I don't have an antenna connected, but it appears that 1.18.6 may be working but both newer versions still say I need to update the firmware.

Can someone please give me a solution to this problem?
