If you press the "B" volume knob and hold it will mute it. Use B to transmit and A to receive. A quick press of "A" will mute "B" and a quick press of "B" will mute "A"

You might want to use DDUtil and a Genovation Keypad. I use that for a one button press for either a 1kc or 5kc split and a mute of slice B.
