Hi,

I will post my experience with Flex over the last
week. I posted a screenshot on the community that
had shown a frequency error after calibration.
I opened a help ticket and Tim responded and asked
me to do a few tests and send him the results. I did
and he felt there might be a problem with the OCXO.
He asked me to send it in and provided me with a RMA
number.
In short I went a different route. I purchased the GPSDO
and it is AOK now. The purchase was completely my
decision and I would NOT have held Flex responsible
for a decision I made, had it failed. Mike, in sales,
(also technologist) took care of me first rate.
Their help and special consideration they gave me on
this was first rate. I have to say it was beyond first
rate. I really appreciate their help and know it is
there because of the leadership at Flex. Second to none.
