One 6700 two Maestro's = Multi-2?

When the software is updated, will we be able to use a pair of Maestro's on a 6700 to emulate having two radio's in a multi-2 contest environment?

For example one Maestro running on 20 meters the other on 15 meters running or S&P'ing for multipliers?

Thanks

    Yes, "connection" of 2 x  Maestro will be possible in future. Don't know M/S or SO2R functionality will be possible.

    ... but and never ask FRS for date :-)

    You can ask for the date, but the answer has been and will always be the same ;-)

    TIm,  will the 6700 be able to transmit on two different frequencies at the same time or will be a first come first serve setup.  The 6700 only has one PA correct?

    Thanks,

    There is only one transmitter in all of the FLEX-6000s

    When 2 Maestro's can be connected we can at least use the 6700  for a multi when you can only have one transmitted signal.  Thanks for the info.

    Sounds ideal for multi single category with one 6700. And two operators

    NO, it will not work for M/S !  For M/S you must have 2x TX.

    Probably better off getting 2x 6300

    Hi guys

    a couple of 6700, can be a right solution for a MS  with the
    1st = RUN+Partner+Inband ops with 3 Maestro or a Mix Maestro+SSDR and the
    2nd as S&P on 2 different bands to pickup Mults with 10min rules interlocked Bands.

    In M2 3 units with 2 x RUN+Partner+Inband + the 3th as filling of the 8 band change rules picking mults on other 2 bands, covering 4 bands at same time
