Not receiving email from Flex Community

The last email I received from Flex was the Black Friday email.
I see at the bottom of the Black Friday email it is Constant Contact where all other emails and the community is Get Satisfaction.
I have updated my profile, no settings have changed.
I suspect hotmail might be getting bounced (no other explanation just a hunch.)
A couple of times over the last 20 years I have seen this Hotmail issue with email reflectors.

My question is how to proceed with Get Satisfaction?  Am I on the right course?

I have put in a help ticket request with Get Satisfaction.  I'll report back if I hear anything.

Follow up:
Well I will preface by praising Flex for choosing GetSatisfaction to host the community site.

I put in a help ticket with GetSatisfaction on Sunday.
Received an auto email stating M-F hours and I would hear from them on Monday.

Monday morning I got a friendly response explaining what the issue was and how to fix it.

When I read the Black Friday email apparently I screwed up and swiped the wrong way on my phone sending the email to the SPAM folder hence reporting it as spam.

Here's the good news. GetSatisfaction actually takes it seriously when they get notification of spam and immediately blocks further emails as not to further offend. Sure wish it was that way with REAL spammers.

I was instructed to go into my Spam/Junk folder and find the email and click on "It's not spam."
It was simpler to do it with a browser on a PC as apposed to my phone. A smartphone is a little more limited in that regard.

Kudos Flex "and" GetSatisfaction.
