I found a problem, I have a 6700 and I'm running version smartSDR 0.16.4.78 on Win7. It's totally reproducable, happens for me on 15m band. Tune to hear a station. Turn on NR Turn on NB Slide NB slider to 100% Audio mutes (no change in any indication, just no audio) Nothing you do to the NB button or slider will bring the audio back If you reduce the NB slider value and then toggle NR off and back on, audio is restored.

Steve, I took me a bit to reproduce this.. It seems to me as if it only happens in the presense of noise. If I am on a band that is noise quiet ( nothing for the NB to work on, I don't see the problem, However, If I swtich to a band with pulsing nois then I can duplicate your problem. AL, K0VM

Al, that makes sense. 15m was really noisy this morning here. Thanks for trying it out.

Steve, Following your scenario, I started your procedure on 15. However, I find to be true on all bands. Kirk, K6KAR
