Until today I've been running 6700 direct connected to desk computer. With Beta I decided it was time to use the laptop and connect v Wifi. I got through the initial setup all ok. So now time to make use of DAX and run fldigi. Receive was just fine and all was right with the world but could not get PTT v fldigi. Tried every combo of configuration under Hardware Ptt and RigCat configuration. Long story short. After 6 hours. I opened Device Manager and show hidden devices. There grayed out was an additional com port 4 and 5. (The ones I had been trying to use.) I deleted those and now I have the 6700 running fldigi on the lap. So the hint: if no ptt, look for something else that my be stealing your port from you. It seems to me that you should get a "can't open port msg" but you don't. 73 Roger na4rr

Roger, Could you check the latest CAT log file for me? Users[your user name]AppDataRoamingFlexRadio SystemsSmartSDRCatLogs There may be up to five files (this is a rolling log system) but I am interested in CatLog.txt. See if there is an error logged "Access to port COMnn denied". If so, would you send me a copy of the file: k5kdn@flex-radio.com Thanks, BobT

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
