No confirmation to a Problem Report

How do I know if the Problem I reported was received? After typing the problems, I hit "Continue" but other than adding some dots after the word "Continue..." I did not get any confirmation

I am not sure what happened, but if you select "Report a Problem" as the topic category and then enter text to search on, you should see a listing of near matches if there is any previously entered topics that match your issue.

If not or there were not any matches, you want to click on the Nope. Finish Posting My Question button to create a new topic.

After you have provided a good topic title, topic detail and Selected the appropriate Relater Product / Service, then click on the Post button in the lower right hand corner to submit it. Your browser will refresh and you should see your post.
