No Tx Menu

While operating my 6400M in rig mode, when I push in the Mic/Speed PWR knob to access the Tx Menu, nothing happens.  According to pg 145, it should bring up the Tx MENU.  It has the latest s/w.  Any suggestions?

Since this looks to be a hardware issue, I have converted this topic to a support HelpDesk ticket (http://helpdesk.flexradio.com) for expedited issue resolution.  Please respond using the HelpDesk ticket for issue resolution.

Turned out that the outer knob was too close to the inner. I removed the rubber ring from the knob & loosened the hex set **** & moved it out a touch. Apparently, the detent happens before the electrical connection.  Not sure that is the best way to design the switch.  Ideally you'd want the detent feel & switch make up to happen at very nearly the same moment.  A nice 6 Sigma design project for that manufacturer.

Anyway the TX MENU now works.  Simple fix & thank you Dudley at Flex for the suggestion.

I just had the same problem with my Maestro. It seems Flex should be testing this function prior to shipping in my opinion.
