I have spots in the SSDR Panadapter coming from CW Skimmer. I have tried to get spots coming from DXLab SpotCollector by checking the box on the Bandmap section of Slice Master. But no joy. What am I missing?

Thanks

I found that DXspot.com works best for me using SliceMaster.

I am not sure that SmartSDR supports multiple sources of spots.   Why don't you try turning off CW Skimmer and try it with just SpotCollector.

The official Flex mechanism for getting spots into the radio are either through the Flex API or through a new feature in SSDR CAT that accepts UDP packets from N1MM+ and turns them into the API calls for adding spot.

Third party support for getting spots into the radio is provided by DXLab's Spot Collector and also by Slice Master.  Slice Master is a bit more flexible especially if you are using CW Skimmer and can also extract spots from Spot Collector.  But Spot Collector on it's own, might be all you need.  In either case, but Slice Master and Spot Collect support multiple spot sources.

Kent,  I assume you are running spotcollector and see spots posted there.   You should be running commander and then check the send spots to radio in the band spread.   Make sure you have no filtering enabled in order to test it.

Kent,

When using Slice Master to pull spots from Spot Collector, it used to be necessary to enable the http server in spot collector.  As of tonight's release of Slice Master v0.10.5, that is no longer a requirement.  Download the latest Slice Master and see if it works.  Feel free to send me an email if you are still having trouble.

Kent, please see "Displaying Active Callsigns on SmartSDR's Panadaptor", an article in "Getting Started with DXLab".

Thanks all

I did not have the "Display calls on panadapter" checked in Commander.

All is working well!
