Had a look at my settings and it looks identical to yours, except  where you set up your SDR CAT. It lacks the virtual com-port Com118 (in your case)   You should look at the computer to see if you have too many unused com-ports. This is a very handy program "COM_Name_Arbiter_Setter" https://www.uwe-sieber.de/misc_tools_e.html

I, thank you for your reply. In the SSDCAT the CAT COM don't appear, and i can't choose the COM Port. In the COM PORT definitions it appears. I tryed to delete the other Winkeyer and create a new one but still the same problem. I uninstaled the SSDR software and re-installed also.

    I have had this problem.

In SmartSDR CAT, so you see N1MM connected?  In the screenshot above, you will see that Process is None and it should say N1MM.

The fix is simple.  Just stop and start N1MM.  It doesn't seem to connect the first time.

Joel, sorry I did not notice you were running SmartLink. I did install N1MM on one of my lap tops and did connect via SmartLink. What I see is identical to you. But I also see that N1MM do connect to SmartCAT. Not sure how well N1MM handle high CAT-numbers, it may be a problem. Or simply restart N1MM may solve the problem as hinted by Michael VA3MW. And you should see

Do you control your Flex via N1MM?
