N1MM SPOTS AND BAND CHANGES

I have seen some of the other posts on the subject but not sure it has been resolved.  Running N1MM+ (latest) SDR 2.4.9.  Clicking on a spot in the available window does nothing.  Clicking on the band change in the entry window does nothing.  I can change bands in the SDR screen but that is it.

Richard.  You should be able to do both.  I can.  Make sure you you have SmartSDR CAT configured correctly and running.  This is my configuration for SO2R operation.

Richard. Was N1MM running when you took the screen capture? I don’t see the N1MM process indicated on your Smart CAT. It looks like N1MM is not connecting to your radio. Try using a baud rate of 38400 for Com3

Is there a preferred sequence to starting up?  Radio, SDR, Writelog?

Make sure Smart CAT is running before starting N1MM or another logging program.

dont know what is going on now.  N1mm says Com 3 is in use and Com 15 is not working.  I tried changing the radio com to 8 and get the same error.

OK some good news...changed the radio to Com 6 and now it is working.  Freq tracking is ok and I can click on band spots.  but still when I start N1MM tells me that someone else is using Com 3 and as far as I know I am not using Com 3 in N1mm

OK perseverance is the key here I think. I now have N1mm and 6600m working together.  Only issue remaining is why I get this message on N1mm startup about Com 15 not working.  When I try to remove it from N1mm it doesnt like that either.

Show me what your configuration looks like now. What other applications are you trying to connect to the radio? You need to make sure you don’t have any COM port conflicts. Each application has to have its own.

Sorry for the delay.  Everything was working yesterday but not today.  N1MM in cw is ok.  In SSB it is keying radio but no audio.  Here are the screen prints.

More: In the SDR software I can see that I am transmitting but I do not hear the audio in monitor.

Never mind MON was off...I am once again going to try to save the profiles: global, transmit and mike.
